Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake has been named Spotify’s most-streamed Nigerian Artist of 2024.

The announcement came as part of Spotify’s annual “Spotify Wrapped” which was released on Wednesday.

Asake, whose infectious beats and energetic performances have captivated listeners across the globe, continues to dominate the streaming platform with his unique sound.

His consistent success is a testament to his growing influence in the global music scene, solidifying his place as one of Nigeria’s premier musical acts.

Following Asake at the top of Spotify’s charts are other Afrobeats heavyweights like Seyi Vibez, Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Rema, who make up the top five most-streamed Nigerian artists.

Other stars include BNXN, ODUMODUBLVCK, and Shallipopi, reflecting the vibrant and diverse talent in the Nigerian music industry.
