The Nigerian army has airlifted troops of Operation Hadin Kai who were the frontline fighters to different states of the Federation for their annual leave.

The Nigerian army made this known in photos shared on its Facebook page on Wednesday.

In the photos shared by the Army, the troops were chatted on Value jet Aircraft from Maiduguri airport to various destinations across the country, a gesture which is part of the Chief of Army staff‘s bi-monthly Welfare Flight Initiatives.

The Nigerian Army stated that the effort is to ensure secure and fast travel for the warriors to connect with their families and loved ones.

However, Annual leave in the military is always an opportunity granted to soldiers to meet their family members, relax, and recharge after a long active service.
